The Boy Who Cried Wolf

In this reimagining of Aesop’s cautionary tale with a valuable moral, a bored boy named Roy tends to his family’s flock.  But in this delightful version, we meet a new character and discover the real source of mischief!  Pearl, Roy’s pig-tailed crush, pays him a visit and invites him to go get ice cream.  When Roy explains that he cannot leave his sheep, Pearl belittles his duty and begs to see his “wolf-crying” skills in action.  Reluctantly, Roy agrees.  Predictably, his family responds to the false alarm, none too pleased when there are no wolves to be found.  Thoroughly amused by these antics, Pearl plans an elaborate presentation, dressing a sheep up as a wolf and hiding another sheep behind a tree so it appears to be missing.  But little do they know, that’s where real wolves are lurking!

A Christmas Crisis

It’s Christmas Eve and everything’s falling into place.  That is, until a crisis hits:  Santa’s reindeer have come down with some sort of bug. Immediately, Santa’s elf assistant Peanut goes into “emergency mode,” trying to figure out how Santa will possibly travel around the world that night without his reindeer.  Peanut talks with the North Pole doctor, sleigh mechanics, and the North Pole holiday coordinator, but nobody can come up with a plan!  Peanut even begs for help from tourist burros, but they simply won’t budge!  And Mrs. Claus and the rest of the elves seem too busy to help.  While Peanut grows increasingly panicked about the dilemma, Santa seems maddeningly calm. Will they solve this crisis in time for Christmas? Watch and find out!

When Bad Things Happen To Good Actors

A simple one-act production of The Wizard of Oz gets derailed by missed cues, forgotten lines, and a renegade sound board op who refuses to play anything but dinosaur noises. A comedy that proves, when it comes to live theatre, everything that can go wrong, will go wrong, and it will be hilarious.
