Ian was a regular cast member and writer for Comedy Inc., Comedy Now, Gutterball Alley and many more! Ian has been nominated for not one but two Gemini Awards including “Best Comedy Performance”
Ian’s famous hoax on Jerry Springer was recently named 50th funniest moment in Canadian Comedy History by SiriusXM Radio. Number 50 out of the top 150 in history not too shabby.
This sharp tongued, comedian takes no prisoners and can also blend in observational humour with a family focus all the while mastering the audience with lightning crowd work.
A perfect fit for any fundraiser or corporate event Ian has been a regular contributor to Dynamic Funds Humour Me Comedy Competition. The event turns Canada’s biggest CEO’s into stand-up comedians all to raise money for charity. To date the event has raised over 8 million and Ian’s students include Mayor Jon Tory of Toronto who took home the trophy with Ian in 2017.

Cedric was born in Jamaica, raised in Montreal and now calls Toronto home.
A long serving professional who’s graced stages across Canada and throughout Europe. He doesn’t stop there…he’s participated in radio shows, festivals, fundraisers and corporate events to name a few. He’s had the pleasure of working with some of the industries big names such as Russel Peters, Shaun Majunder and Gerry Dee.
Cedric’s passion and versatility is apparent when he’s on stage and his love for making people laugh is undeniable.

From a blue-collar background, Nick Beaton cuts through the bullshit of an overly bureaucratic society that takes itself way too seriously. Whether it’s done through his opinionated rants, hard-hitting jokes, or his disarming "every man" personality Nick Beaton is a favourite wherever he performs. He has performed on 4 continents, 7 countries, and over 40 cities. His run at the Edinburgh Festival received glowing five star reviews, from both “Broadway Baby” and “Three Weeks,” the latter of which described him as having, “enviable confidence, timing, and manner of a comedian with decades of experience beyond his years.” Nick wrote for the hit show on CTV, Spun Out staring Dave Foley was a panellist on Match Game and was featured on CBC's The Debaters. He has performed at Montreal’s International Just For Laughs Comedy Festival three times, as well as the Halifax Comedy Festival, the Moncton Comedy Festival, the Sudbury Comedy Festival and the Icebreakers Comedy Festival. He has received numerous accolades for his comedy, including winning the 2007 Just For Laughs Toronto Home-grown Competition, and being nominated for two Canadian Comedy Awards, including one for his comedy special, “Comedy Now!” that aired nationally in Canada.

There are approximately 100 spaces on Christina Street and the adjacent streets, all within 5 minute walk of the Imperial Theatre. There is a 2 hr free on street parking limit Monday to Friday until 6 pm. Parking on street is free all day on Saturday and Sunday and after 6 pm every evening. Parking rates vary during the day Monday to Friday until 6 pm. After 6 pm parking is free, as well as all day on Saturday and Sunday.
