MISSION, VISION and CORE BELIEFS
Theatre Sarnia, established in 1927, is one of the oldest continuously operating Community Theatre groups in Canada and is the owner and operator of the Imperial Theatre. It is a completely self funded, not for profit registered charity that is supported by ticket sales, theatre rentals, sponsorships, donations and fund raising activity.

MISSION

Theatre Sarnia is a member-driven arts service organization with a unique mandate: to develop and support art and culture in Sarnia-Lambton through annual offerings of stage productions and programs, as well as to provide the premier entertainment/community venue in Lambton County in the Imperial Theatre.
VISION

To foster the appreciation and presentation of the TheatricalArts at the Imperial Theatre.

To provide opportunities for young artists to develop their craft and showcase their work.

To encourage the development of artistic expression by other community groups by use of the Imperial Theatre.

To operate the Imperial Theatre in a financially viable manner.

To present at the Imperial Theatre the widest range of Performing Arts by partnerships with professional promoters, agents and artists for the benefit of the community.
